REFUNDS:
How do I get a refund for the returned items?
- Refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment used when placing the order.
- Payment will be refunded to the debit/credit card or the account from which the payment was made.
How much time does it take to get a refund?
Refunds/Exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible. However, we aim to process refunds within 15 working days, but customers should allow up to 30 working days for the refunds to be made.
What if I choose an item of lesser/higher value in exchange?
If you choose an item of lesser or higher value in exchange, any amount due will be refunded, and the excess amount will be charged to the customer. We will contact you to organize additional payment, so please ensure you provide a valid contact number.
We will be happy to exchange the goods for something else of your choice or a different size, but postage charges are applicable. Please note that availability of all sizes and colors is not guaranteed on exchanges.
Will shipping charges be deducted in case of a refund?
- If after returning a partial order you are still eligible for free shipping, no shipping charges will be deducted.
- If after returning the complete order, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
How much will be refunded?
- In the case of order return, a 10% deduction will apply as Order Processing, Payment Gateway, and other recurring charges from the Total Order value (excluding Shipping Charges).
- If a refund is issued as a gift voucher, there will be no deduction in the order amount (excluding Shipping Charges).
- The refund will never exceed the actual value of the goods.

- Management is not responsible for any parcel received without proper identification or clear instructions.
- Enclose all items in their original condition, safely packed, with the return address clearly marked on the package.
- We advise using registered post and retaining proof of postage.
- We are not responsible for goods damaged in transit during their return.
How much time do I have to return the items?
Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 4 working days of receipt.
Which items are not returnable or exchangeable?
- Sale products are non-returnable/non-exchangeable as they are heavily discounted. These items are labeled as Flat 70% Off.
- Returns will not be accepted for Design it Yourself (DIY) Products, Custom Orders, Altered Items, Stitched Clothing as per body measurements, Readymade Stitched Sarees, or Sarees stitched with a Custom Blouse.
- Products without their original packaging and tags cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Used items are non-returnable or exchangeable.
- Products with perfumes or body odor are considered used and are not fit for return or exchange.
- Plus-size or sizes above 42 inches are considered customized/tailored outfits and are non-returnable for refunds or exchanges. They may only be returned for free alterations.
- Due to hygiene standards, all jewelry items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Note: Any complaints regarding damage, stains, stitching, or any other issues should be reported within 24 hours of receipt. A digital picture of the product may be required for review.
Product Condition:
Please ensure items are returned in their original condition—unused, unworn, with no marks, scent, or damage. Items should be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
Product Care:
- Dry clean only for embroidered or heavy items.
- Wash casual items separately in cold water and rinse thoroughly.
- Due to hand-dyeing, colors are not guaranteed to be exact.
- We are not liable for any damage caused by not following the care instructions.
